Our dear friend and business partner, Mark, the heart behind Lola’s Lumpia food truck, suffered a severe accident Friday afternoon at our shared business, Mixson Kitchen. He fell from the top of a walk-in cooler, sustaining a brain bleed, a fractured skull, and seven broken ribs, leaving him with a long and difficult road to recovery ahead.

Mark is not just a hardworking small business owner—he’s a devoted husband, father, and friend who has poured his heart into serving our community. With Mark unable to work and his family’s livelihood depending on the food truck, this unexpected tragedy brings not only emotional stress but also financial hardship.
