This is Marcus. He recently came into our lives and is now a Kitchen Manager at Dinosaur BBQ here in Rochester. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and has all the knowledge and grit that you can find in an individual that you want on your team. He is the most caring and genuine person and spends most of his off time helping children and making sure they have a meal to eat. He also saved one of our line guy's life from choking at work, so let's just add Hero to the list of many qualities for this man.

Unfortunately, Marcus recently discovered he has colon cancer. He is currently going through the motions but cannot work due to his treatments and the risk of getting sick or an infection in a high-volume restaurant interacting with so many people.
