Rally for Lumi: Urgent Medical Needs

Dear friends, family, and animal lovers,

My whole heart and soul-dog, Lumi—suffered a completely unexpected and life-threatening seizure this week. In an instant, we found ourselves rushing him to the emergency room, where he is now in critical care at Cornell Veterinary Hospital.

Cornell is one of the top veterinary hospitals in the country, and we are deeply grateful that Lumi is receiving such expert care. Right now, he is fighting hard, and we remain hopeful. His care is $12,000 a day for ICU-level treatment—and while we are committed to giving him the best possible chance, the expenses are quickly adding up.

When Lumi was a puppy, he had some stomach issues that made it impossible to secure pet insurance. So, everything we are doing for him now is out-of-pocket.

We are not ones to ask for help lightly, but so many of you have reached out asking how you can support Lumi.
