Rally for Lisa: Her Second Battle with Cancer

Dearest Friends and Family, it is with a heavy heart I share that our beloved Lisa has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time in her life. After defeating Hodgkin's Lymphoma at the age of 17, cancer has returned in the form of Stage 3 estrogen and progesterone positive breast cancer. Currently, she is undergoing additional testing, fertility preservation measures, and is scheduled for chemo, a double mastectomy, and radiation therapy. The journey to remission is difficult; the path uncertain. No person should face what our brave girl has now had to do twice, let alone shoulder the financial burden that accompanies life threatening illness.

Lisa has touched and brightened the lives of all she has met; she is a cherished wife, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend. I humbly request if you are in a position to do so, please donate. Funds will go directly to medical expenses, mortgage payments, and wage replacements as she and her husband Rob take time as needed from their places of work to fight the battle of a lifetime…again.
