My name is Ericka, and I am reaching out to ask for your love, prayers, and support for my incredible mother, Kimberly.

For over 20 years, she has dedicated her life to caring for others as a compassionate Registered Nurse at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. She’s a hardworking mother of three girls and a proud grandmother to my son. Kimberly is known for her independence, adventurous spirit, and unwavering commitment to her profession and family.

Recently, her life has taken a difficult turn. She has been battling a condition called Spondylolysis, which has caused intense chronic pain and mobility issues. Despite her strength, the pain has taken a toll on her mental and physical health, and she’s been unable to work for over a year. She was recently diagnosed and will undergo spinal fusion surgery in mid-June, which may help alleviate her pain—though it may not restore her completely to her former self.

Kimberly has always put others first, caring for her patients and her family with love and dedication. Now, she needs our help. Her medical bills, combined with the emotional toll of being unable to work and care for herself, are overwhelming. She’s a proud woman who refuses to ask for help, but I am asking on her behalf.
