Hi friends and neighbors,

We're launching this fundraiser for Kevin Daugherty, the welcoming smile and steady heart behind Country Charm Coffee here in Anna, TX. On August 4, someone from out of town entered the shop and assaulted Kevin, leaving him with a serious shoulder injury and needing stitches on his face. Last we spoke to Kevin, doctors are still determining next steps to fix his shoulder, but they agree on one thing: Kevin faces weeks—possibly months—of recovery and time away from the counter.

Why We’re Rallying

If you’ve ever stepped inside Country Charm, you know Kevin treats every guest like family. He's the person who remembers your coffee order and your kids names, asks what's new and tries to help when you have a problem. He pours (pun intended) into Anna and our local businesses whenever he can and has created a space where our community can gather and grow. His generosity and warmth are woven into the fabric of our town.

Now it’s our turn to pour that same kindness back into Kevin. Medical bills and lost income threaten both his livelihood and the gathering place he’s built for all of us. Your support—no matter the amount—will help cover Kevin’s expenses and keep Country Charm’s lights on while he heals.
