Rally for Kelly: Surviving a Devastating Accident

Hello, everyone. My name is Kelly, and I appreciate every one of you taking the time to read this. A month ago, my life got flipped upside down, and I have been struggling to find my footing (literally) ever since.

On March 7th, while on the way home from my boyfriend's late at night, I was hit head-on by a driver who was DUI and going double the posted speed. I was lucky to survive and have had an array of injuries, with the most severe being my legs. While I am thankful to have survived, I now am facing a half a million dollar medical bill. While insurance covers some of it, I have bills now rolling in, and will soon be covering lawyer fees, and will still not be able to work until the fall to pay my normal bills and expenses, let alone the new medical bills.

Any money generously donated will be used to pay for my bills, my medications, fees that may be needed for my lawyer, and keep me afloat until I regain my ability to walk and work.

I appreciate all of you here, whether you simply read this, shared it on social media, or donated. Any contributions are so incredibly appreciated, and I cannot adequately describe the love I have for everyone who has been supporting me along this journey.
