If you've ever visited our restaurant, chances are you've seen Juan — or as we all lovingly call him, Juanito. For over 8 years, Juan has been the heartbeat of our Front of House team : always smiling, always lending a hand, supporting and being there for the whole team.

Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.

Recently, Juan and his family were faced with unexpected medical challenges that have placed a significant financial burden on them. As anyone who knows him can attest, Juan is not one to ask for help — but he’s always the first to give it. Juan has been a constant source of kindness and strength.

We’re asking our extended community — friends, coworkers, loyal guests, and kind-hearted strangers — to help support Juan and his family during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping cover medical bills and recovery expenses.
