Rally for Journey: A Long Road to Recovery

Hello Everyone,

My name is Linda McDaniel and I am writing this on behalf of my niece, Journey Wilhite. She is an 18 year old girl who lives her life to the fullest and prides herself on being fiercely loyal to her family and friends.

Unfortunately, she was a passenger involved in a very serious car accident on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Journey was taken to Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital, but due to the severity of her injuries, she was life-flighted to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Journey has a very long road to recovery which will include multiple surgeries and extensive rehabilitation. I felt compelled to start this gofundme page to help raise funds that will be used to help cover the medical, rehabilitation, and recovery expenses, as well as travel expenses for her mother and father so they can be by her side as much as possible.

The family is incredibly grateful for any support you can provide. Every donation, big or small, will be of great use for Journey and her parents as they navigate their way through this horrible nightmare.
