Our dear friend and training partner, Josh Monroe, has suffered a stroke at only 39 years of age. He has touched the lives of so many throughout his young life, whether it is through his previous work as a special care provider to those in need, his humor, or his work as a fitness and martial arts instructor in the community. He needs help dealing with the work loss and significant medical expenses of his treatment.
