We are heartbroken to share the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Jonathan Andrew Lerma. At just 20 years old, Jonathan was taken from us far too soon in a hit-and-run incident that is still under investigation. Jonathan was the light of our family—always full of laughter, love, and kindness. He made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. Whether he was playing video games with his brother George, kicking a soccer ball around with his cousins, or showering his mom Rocio with affection, Jonathan lived every moment with love. He was proud of where he came from and carried the spirit of his Diamond Hill community in Fort Worth everywhere he went. Jonathan touched many lives with his joyful soul, and his absence has left a deep void in all of ours. We are raising funds to help cover his funeral and memorial expenses, outstanding medical bills, and to support his grieving family during this unimaginably difficult time.
