My name is Sarah Alsup, and I am a fellow law student of John's at Creighton University School of Law. We are both 3L's and getting ready for our last semester this spring.

On November 20, 2005, while sitting together in Witness Exam Skills, John fell over in his chair. Paramedics arrived swiftly and, by the grace of God, got John to the hospital quickly. John suffered a cardiac event which required a 13-hour surgery. The angels watched over John that day because had he been alone, he would not be here this Christmas. John is an inspiration to us all.

He recently returned home but needs assistance with chores he once took for granted. Please consider helping John with his unexpected medical bills, cleaning service, laundering service, and help with his dog (Jackson is 85 lbs. and John cannot walk him, which will require alternative solutions, i.e., boarding, dog walkers, etc.). As a retired teacher and public servant, let's rally together to give John the help he deserves.
