8/14/25 Update: Jimmy had surgery today to amputate his leg above the knee. After much thought and consideration by the family and medical team, this was the best option for him at this time. Please keep the Bartimus family in your prayers. This is the beginning of a long road forward. The family appreciates your support and prayers. Anything you are able to donate will go to help transition Jimmy back to his home after rehab and help the family with expenses.

I am creating this GoFund Me page for the Bartimus family. Jimmy was involved in a horrific accident at work on Thursday, July 17th where he was rushed to the hospital in Owensboro. Due to extensive injuries they sent him to Louisville. He remains in Louisville and is having to undergo surgeries every 2-3 days to prevent infection and try save his leg and foot.
