Rally for Jennifer's Cancer Treatment

My name is Julie Harris-Crossland. This is my beautiful sister, Jennifer (Jen) Harris who is in the fight of her life battling a brain cancer known as Astrocytoma.

Jennifer is an amazing human being, spiritual, free-spirited, adventurous, loving, creative, and incredibly giving of herself. She has an incredible love for people and nature; is always there for anyone who may need her (and sometimes when you don't, but taking care of the caregivers). Jennifer now needs your help. She underwent surgery for the removal of a lime-sized parietal lobe tumor in November '24 and is currently receiving radiation and chemotherapy. She displayed neurological deficits prior to her surgery and continues to struggle with memory, short-term recall, balance, and coordination (we are seeing improvements though!). She has not been able to work since September '24 and will be unable to work for some time into the future.

Jen's family has been taking care of all of her financial responsibilities since September '24 and funds are nearly depleted. We recognize how difficult it is financially at this time for so many and absolutely hate the thought of asking for help, but necessity is our motivator. Jennifer is a single mother of an amazing young man who has not quite found his path yet, we would like to be able to get him back to school.
