Our dear friend Jeb Berry has recently been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer, and he needs our help now more than ever. Jeb is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a proud graduate of Harrison Central High School. He dedicated his career to serving others as a firefighter with the Pascagoula Fire Department, putting his life on the line to protect our community before retiring from service.

If you know Jeb, you know he’s a fighter. An avid outdoorsman, he’s often seen with a kayak in tow, traveling across the country to compete in races and challenges that test both physical and mental endurance. In fact, Jeb paddled 650 miles in the longest paddle race in the United States to raise money for a fellow firefighter who was battling cancer. That incredible act speaks volumes about his strength, perseverance, and loving heart. His determination, resilience, and competitive spirit define who he is; and those same qualities will help carry him through this fight. But even the strongest fighters need support, and now it’s our turn to rally around Jeb.
