Hey, I am a friend of Jay Romano. If you know Jay, you would know he would do anything he could for anyone! I first met Jay over 15 years ago at Broome Developmental! His entire life, he has been a caregiver. Like most caregivers, when life goes sideways, they have trouble asking for help!

Jay hasn't had the easiest life, but that hasn't stopped him from being a kind, giving, caring man and friend!

These last 2 years have been beyond rough: injuries at work leading to being fired and on workers' comp, including shoulder surgeries leaving him unable to work, and then recently his appendix almost burst, leading to the finding of cancer in his intestines and more surgery!

Yes, insurance covers the medical, but not the rest. Jay is struggling to cover his bills and expenses during this hard time, having recently gone through surgery to remove multiple parts of his intestines and lymph nodes and still needing more scans, not sure of the full diagnosis and prognosis as of yet!

I am starting this GoFundMe to help him out because he isn't one to ask for help, and most of us caregivers aren't, but this is the time that the village pulls together and supports our own! So I thank you in advance for doing that!
