Ivan Holguin is the true definition of dedication and perseverance. A proud husband and loving father of three, Ivan began his journey at Spencer Construction as a laborer. Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he rose to the position of foreman—a testament to his character and drive.

Beyond the job site, Ivan is a man of many passions. He finds joy in listening to music, cooking, and grilling, often creating memorable moments with his family at parks or while exploring new restaurants. Movie nights with his loved ones are his favorite, and his green thumb shines through in the landscaping projects he takes on in his yard. Ivan also has a passion for working on cars and an impressive talent for solving math equations.
