It's been about 8 months since we began this cancer journey. I would like to start by thanking everyone who has been a part of it so far!
The assistance, prayers, visits, and just overall love have kept me strong through the challenges. Ivan and I cannot thank you enough!
As we head towards the one-year mark, there have been some changes. PET scans are still going well , but the shrinking is less drastic. It's been a bit of a wake-up call on the reality of this being quite a long road to walk, and there will be ups and downs. It's doing wonders for my sense of patience.
With that being said, we need your assistance once again. I know the world is in need of assistance right now, and it breaks my heart to not be in a place where I can be that for others... but I know that I have to be humble. I have to let my village help me so I can heal and get back to helping others.
So thank you to my village, family, and friends . Your aid during this time takes off so much stress so I can focus on getting to treatment, knowing I have the resources I need to kick cancer's ass!
Funds will be used to primarily pay for insurance until further notice - I recently had to resign from FDACS due to my "condition."
Bigger equipment to lessen outside costs of holistic treatments, for example, a quality water filtration system and an infrared sauna.
Consistent supply of vitamins and supplements!
Thank you so much to the shops that have donated!!
Costs of treatments not considered by insurance like acupuncture, reflexology, Thai massage (because wow, my body hurts sometimes), juice cleanses, parasite detoxing, talk THERAPY, etc.
In a nutshell, I'm working as hard as I can to rest, stay active, take my meds, go to treatments, explore new treatments, teach yoga and hustle for the farm, see my family, make new memories, and be present lmao.
It will all work out . Thank you for helping keep life afloat while we navigate the waves.
