We are coming together as family and friends raising funds for Guy Block who recently had a heart transplant and will need extensive care & lodging near Mayo Clinic for the next 3 months to ensure proper recovery & to monitor his "new" heart for any rejections.

Guy is a dedicated & loving dad and a hard worker managing a turkey farm up to the day he was hospitalized. Guy has always been caring and willing to help others. He also has kept his close friends laughing & playing practical jokes on them.
