My mother in law Giselle has been dealing with her non Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis since 2019. We are now at a spot where she is working on pain management and there is a surgery that is available to help her regain full use of her arm and cut down on the amount of pain she is in daily. She cannot have this surgery until after the new year - and with that her current insurance plan will no longer be available and she will now need to meet her out of pocket maximum and 15% co insurance again - making the cost out of pocket for this procedure $15,000.
