Hi, we’re the sisters of Jeff and Lizzie, and we’re creating this GoFundMe to help cover the unexpected medical costs for their beloved dog, Frank. We are Jodie, Jamie, and Frankie.

Recently, my brother experienced every pet owner’s worst nightmare. His dog, Frank, was accidentally injured while at work with Jeff in Reno and had to be rushed to UC Davis Veterinary Hospital for emergency surgery.

Frank isn’t just a dog, he’s been my brother’s best friend and steady companion through some of the toughest times in his life. When he met his girlfriend Lizzie, the three of them instantly became a family. Frank has been at the heart of that bond ever since, bringing love, comfort, and joy into their home.

During his stay at UC Davis, Frank’s sweet and gentle nature touched everyone he met. The veterinary staff fell in love with him so much that some even came in on their days off just to spend time with him. Jeff and Lizzie visited him every single day, making sure he knew he wasn’t alone and was surrounded by love.

Thanks to the incredible veterinary team, Frank made it through an invasive surgery and is now home, beginning the road to recovery. He has shown so much resilience and strength, we know he’ll eventually get back to being his fun, spunky, vocal self, and we can’t wait to see him adventuring with Jeff and Lizzie again.

Unfortunately, the medical bills from the surgery, hospitalization, and ongoing care are an overwhelming financial burden. We’re asking for help to ease this strain so Jeff and Lizzie can focus on Frank’s healing.
