Ok troops, it's time to rally. As many have heard, our long time friend/badass mom, wife, CrossFitter, Physical Therapist, Febie Knight, suffered a life threatening emergency in the middle of a CrossFit competition on June 23. Unfortunately, she suffered a severe tear in her aorta and subsequently a stroke. She is currently on life support and putting up a hell of a fight to stay with us. She is in critical condition in the ICU in Greenville, SC with a long road ahead of her. Her husband, son, and daughter-in-law (and countless friends and family members) have continuously been by her side and we would like them to be able to be 100% present without the additional stress of finances. This is where we rally and step up to show our support to the fiercest fighter that ICU has ever seen. Keep givin’ them hell, Febie!
