Support Miss Elton's NICU Journey

Little Miss Elton needs us! Let's work together to support her and the Bjorndal family during an incredibly challenging time.

Baby’s Brave Journey: Sweet Elton arrived very prematurely and with a genetic condition. She had to fight for every breath for the first few weeks of life, which resulted in additional medical complications. Her resilience and spirit have been incredible to see! She's been in the NICU for two months, yet the road ahead is still long.

Specialized Out-of-State Care: Elton needs to be transferred to an out-of-state hospital for specialized care, but insurance refuses to approve the funds. The move is essential for Elton's well-being. The family is facing the difficulties of financing the hospital transfer and ongoing medical care, temporarily relocating out of state with their 4-year-old, and pausing care for much of their mental health practice.

Balancing Act: Erik and Anna are trying to navigate a delicate balance of responsibilities. They want to be by their baby’s side and provide her the care she needs, continue to nurture their 4-year-old and support their clients, but they are overwhelmed by the massive expense of this unexpected journey.
