Elizabeth Stein, precious Soul bringing divine, uncompromising, universal Love. Born into this world to spread Love for all sentient beings, Elizabeth taught others to love themselves and each other. While she stumbled from time to time, she embraced her humanity as a gift. If anyone could “smite hearts, and for a while, put the nature of an angel into us,” it’s Elizabeth.
Hearth Goddess. Warrior. Light Bringer. Best Laugh Ever. Authentic to her very core. Loyal beyond belief. Ferociously loving and wise.
Today, with stage 4 lung cancer, Elizabeth stands on the threshold of crossing over to take her place once more as a Divine messenger, leaving behind her two precious daughters, Lauren and Samantha. These two mighty hearts have put their lives and careers on hold to care for their mother these past few months, spending every precious moment with her. Their father, Alan, passed a few short years ago, so this loss is even more brutal for them. Now, another moment of truth hovers on the horizon.
A Mother’s love trumps everything. Elizabeth wished only one small thing: that her daughters are looked after. We ask you to help us provide for these two wonderful women as they learn to live without the Mother they so adore. Please read a few comments from family and friends:

So way back in the middle of August I found out that I have a 9cm mass in my right lung and that the Big C has spread to my lymph and to my other lung. Anyways after numerous scans and scopes of all types they have come to the conclusion that I am stage 4. I couldn’t believe the incredible effect just the word cancer had on me, how easy it is to fall or give up and the shame of getting it, like you have done something wrong, and all the emotions that go with it. And how many f my relatives have passed from cancer.
So, the girls are here, a bit freaked out, it’s been less than two years since their Dad passed. And when Alan passed Sam told me I had better not get sick or anything, so this has been extremely hard on me and given we have no other blood relatives. My elder daughter asked why this keeps happening to our family and other than I wasn’t able to protect us I had nothing to say.
So If I could request a little bit of help. For Lauren and Sam who came home right away and have been amazing for me, taking care of everything and just well, real troopers. Plus they got me a wee rag doll kitten named Otis to try n keep me alive, they are so sweet. Also to assist with our finances and relieve the stress that this brings
