We live in apartment 9C in Townsend. If you live in Townsend you know the energy that Ed radiates, it's like no other. Whether it's just a simple fist bump, or confusing our friends with his elmo voice, he always makes Townsend feel like home.

Personally, Ed and his team have been the best concierge people we've ever had. It's obvious that his energy radiates across the entire Townsend team. This week, hearing about the loss of his 9-year-old son was devastating, not only to him, but to the neighborhood that he supports. We want to help in any way possible.
