Stand With James Devon Hale — Together, We Can Beat This
Dear Friends and Family,
Life can change in an instant. Recently, my brother and our beloved Devon has received the devastating news that he has been diagnosed with cancer. In that moment, our world shifted — but so did our determination to fight alongside him.
Devon is more than his diagnosis. He is a source of light, laughter, and love to everyone who knows him. He has touched countless lives with his kindness, strength, and generosity. Devon gives ceaselessly to his community and even created his own small business to help others. He created his small business, Gold Rock- in his 20’s. Now, in his early 30’s- life is giving him another daunting challenge; surviving this next tribulation of cancer.
At present it’s our turn to rally around him with the same unwavering support he has always given to others.
The road ahead will be challenging. Treatments, medications, travel for appointments, and time away from work will bring not only emotional strain but also significant financial pressure. But we believe — with the power of community, compassion, and collective action — we can lift that burden and give Devon the freedom to focus entirely on healing.
We’ve created this GoFundMe as a way for friends, family, and even kind-hearted strangers to join this fight. Every single contribution, no matter the size, is a step toward hope. Your donation will help cover medical expenses, provide comfort during recovery, and remind Devon that he is never alone in this battle.
If you’re unable to give financially, you can still make a tremendous impact by sharing this campaign with your network, offering words of encouragement, or keeping Devon in your thoughts and prayers.
Cancer may be strong, but love, unity, and hope are stronger. Together, we can help Devon not just fight — but win.
From the depths of our hearts, thank you for standing with us. Your kindness is the fuel that will carry Devon through this journey and into brighter, healthier days ahead.
With appreciation and determination,
Breanne Hale
