Hello, my name is David. I am a very strong, independent family man. I have always been, and still am, the provider for my family, but I’ve had a very rough year.

It started with a stroke, then I got into an accident on a tractor which put me out of work for some time. To finish, I was cleared for work and a week later, I almost lost my leg and life from a boat motor.

I’m not asking for a lot; I just don’t want my family to lose everything I’ve worked so hard to give them.
