Rally for David's Caregiving Needs

My dear friend David Eddleston is not asking for help, but I am on his behalf. This man has given so very much over the years and has lead the opening ceremonies for every Scotch as well as many opening days for Tetherow and other courses over the years. He is a proud Scotsman who served for the Royal Army, and carried an affinity toward our American troops as well.

David’s amazing wife of 63 years is losing her memory, making each day more and more challenging for my 81yr young friend to be her full time caretaker (but that’s exactly what he’s been doing). He adores his wife, but I can see the strain this has out on him. I am asking to see if we had raise some money so that we can support him by getting some in home care from Home Instead (who has already offered support for free mind you) but that is more as a one off occasional usage. Jonathan Mack from Home Instead gave over an hour of his time today to assist David with navigating the waters to help Diana and David get on the road to memory care, but this can take some time… in the interim, I am hoping this community can. Rally behind one of Bend’s staples and give them the hand/support to offer morning home care.
