Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my dad, David (or Dave, as most of you know him), has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer. As he begins this journey, our family is doing everything we can to support him — emotionally, physically, and now, financially.

My dad is one of the hardest working, most selfless people I know. He’s always been the one to lend a hand, show up without being asked, and put others before himself. Now it’s our turn to rally around him.

This GoFundMe was created by me, without his knowledge — not because he wouldn’t be grateful, but because he would never ask for help himself. But the reality is, even with insurance, he will still have daily expenses: medical bills that aren’t fully covered, everyday bills that don’t pause for cancer, and groceries and essentials for the weeks he’ll be recovering from surgery and out of work.
