Hello, we are Debra and Ian. We're launching this GoFundMe page on behalf of our good friends Dave and Bethany Dick.

On June 8, while riding his motorcycle to work, Dave was hit by a woman driving a Jeep making an illegal U-turn on 30th Street in North Park. The driver didn't see him coming, causing severe injuries to Dave's right side: a broken collarbone, seven broken ribs and a punctured lung. After many days in the hospital, he was released with limited mobility.

After a brief return home, he was forced back into the hospital's trauma ward when his lung collapsed.

Before his accident Dave was gearing up for a summer job in Ohio, but now he faces months of recovery. His wife Bethany has put her work on hold to care for Dave full-time.

Let's support Dave's recovery and get him not only back to work, but back on stage where he belongs.
