Rally for Courtney's Healing and Baby Woods

On June 5th, Courtney was rushed to the hospital after collapsing at home due to internal bleeding. She lost 5 liters of blood. Doctors performed an emergency C-section, and baby Woods was delivered at 23 weeks, weighing just 1.88 lbs. Courtney also required an immediate blood transfusion to save her life.

Now, both Courtney and Woods are in the hospital—Courtney recovering from life-threatening complications, and Woods in the NICU fighting to grow and develop. The goal is to get Woods to 5 lbs and safely through these fragile early months.

Daniel, their husband and father, is the sole provider for the family. He receives no paid leave and is currently unable to work while caring for his wife, newborn son, and toddler daughter, Glory. As you can imagine, the financial strain is enormous.

-Lost income while Daniel is out of work

-NICU and postpartum medical expenses

-Meals, gas, and bills

-Supplies for Woods, as they do not yet have what they need for him
