Our beloved nanny, Ceji, has faced more medical challenges than most people could imagine. In 2020, she bravely underwent surgery to remove her stomach after losing her father to stomach cancer when he was just 33. She carries an aggressive gene linked to both stomach and breast cancer, which led her to make the difficult decision to have a preventative double mastectomy.

Recently, a reconstructive surgery meant to help her heal instead caused severe complications, leaving her in constant, debilitating pain. She now faces a long road of physical therapy, pain management, and overwhelming medical bills.
