As many of you know, about a year ago Chad experienced some major health issues and was admitted to the hospital. Since then, he has continued to struggle both physically and mentally.

Last week he was once again admitted to the hospital and subsequently transferred to the University of Iowa due to the severity of his condition.

The amount of these mounting medical expenses as well as normal bills, has become overwhelming. As well as the expenses his family has incurred traveling back and forth.

Chad will be transferred back to a facility in Dubuque soon where he will continue to heal.
