Casey Hammer is a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and loyal friend. Born and raised in Sublette, Kansas, Casey is a proud graduate of the Class of 1998 and a familiar, friendly face to so many in our community.

Over the years, Casey has bravely battled a number of serious health challenges. He is currently receiving care at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where his condition remains uncertain, and the timeline for his return home is unknown.

This journey has taken a significant toll on Casey and his family—physically, emotionally, and financially. As friends, classmates, and community members, we want to rally around the Hammer family during this incredibly difficult time.
