Anyone who knows Heidi knows how much she loves her Boomer and how much Boomer is part of the community. If you've ever visited Tiddle E. Winks in Sonoma, you've probably met the unofficial Ambassador of the store, wagging his extraordinarily fluffy tail with his typical delight.

Sadly, Boomer has had a significant health scare requiring extensive emergency care and more than a week's stay in the hospital. His harrowing illness, after countless X-rays, CTs, blood work, IVs, feeding tube, antibiotics, antifungals, steroids and unrelenting complications, remains undiagnosed. He just was, as the saying goes, one sick puppy. The wonderful vets and staff did everything they could, but he was not getting better. He's still sick, but day by day, making small improvements, and resting comfortably at home with Heidi, enjoying the sun, the wind, and her love.

So many of Heidi's friends have felt helpless, wanting to do something for her and sweet Boomer. So we thought, given the enormity of the hospital bills, this might be something that would serve everyone. Any and all donations are a blessing and deeply appreciated.
