Rally For Bobby, Cheryl, Jack & Lilly

To all of Bob Callahan’s Family & Friends,

On behalf of Bob, Cheryl, Jack & Lilly we are reaching out in hopes to relieve some of the financial burden that they are now going to face. Last Thursday Bob suffered from an aortic dissection. An aortic dissection is a medical emergency in which the inner layer of the large blood vessel branching off the heart tears. Bob underwent an emergency 6.5 hour open heart surgery and was then placed on a ventilator to start the recovery process. Bob had two tears on his heart and one in his stomach . The Dr also had to repair a heart valve. Unfortunately, Bob developed a fever last night and after an exploratory surgery, the doctors discovered they needed to open Bob back up to repair the tear in his stomach. There was a lot involved and Bob will certainly have some major life changes to endure. He is back on the ventilator and is being watched every moment of every day. He is in the ICU. This has been an extremely tough time for Bob and his family. The challenges they are all faced with, not only physically but mentally and financially are going to be exhausting and uncertain. Any donations will be used for medical bills, meals on the go, everyday expenses, etc... Bobs Mother, Cheryl has been with Bobby every step of the way and will continue to do so until he’s home and well. Please pray for a full recovery! The road ahead is very long.
