Joy and Chris don’t take lightly to accepting help but we encouraged them to allow their friends and family to help!!
A bit about Bekah’s journey:
From Joy and Chris Nulton:
“Our family spent the last day of 2019 at Geisinger Danville where Bekah had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. She was very brave and the procedures went well. We were given the dreaded diagnosis of Crohn's Disease (which is an incurable, inflammatory bowel disease).”

Since the end of December Bekah suffered a perforated bowel which led to several unfortunate infections and complications needing surgeries. Bekah currently requires a feeding tube and has more surgeries ahead of her.

Leaving the hospital is a long way off but the road to recovery and normalcy is likely even longer. Currently doctors are predicting up to a year until the final bowel reconstruction surgery can be done.
As we all can likely relate, out of pocket medical bills are mounting for Joy and Chris, in addition to the day to day costs of living over an hour from home.

So many have asked how they can help and we believe relieving a bit of their unexpected financial burden is the best way.

With much love and gratitude, XO
