Welcome to our world, Oliver!

The Burleigh-Andrews families have welcomed a new surprise member of the family! Oliver was born July 8th, to pretty extreme circumstances and is unable to be cared for by his mom. After multiple transfers to different hospitals, he was diagnosed to have a complex cardiac condition called TAPVR, among other medical conditions. This is a congenital heart defect that affects the pulmonary veins and will soon require open heart surgery. He is currently being cared for by the extraordinary staff at Seattle Children's Hospital and is kicking butt! He is strong and mighty and growing well. (He is also the sweetest, cutest little munchkin)

That said, support and community is desperately needed to assist Olli and his crew with upcoming costs to ensure Oliver's smooth recovery and next steps. They learned he was coming the same day he arrived to the world after receiving a call from the hospital. They are mobilizing quickly to make sure he receives all the care and love possible, despite his unconventional and difficult journey into the world.

Reilly and her partner Luis are currently in Seattle, having left NYC at a moments notice to be by Oliver's side. Anything you can give - financially, spiritually and emotionally - to support the family during this time is incredibly helpful.
