Rally for Baby JJ: Support Sydney and Jimmy McRoy-Freedman

My beautiful niece Sydney(McRoy) and her husband Jimmy Freedman need our help! This amazing young couple welcomed their perfect little son James Jr. (JJ) into this world on February 24,2025. He was born completely healthy and was absolutely perfect until unexpectedly on March 19th he woke up vomiting excessively. Luckily they trusted their instincts and brought him to the hospital. He was immediately sent by ambulance to Boston and is currently in the NICU fighting for his life. Everything has been a whirlwind the last few days but here is what we know so far: Somehow he has salmonella poisoning which has caused bacterial meningitis. Due to this little JJ has been having seizures, blood clots, swelling and bleeding of his brain, and his organs aren’t functioning properly. There are so many unknowns right now but what we do know is that he has a big fight ahead of him and will be in the hospital for the foreseeable future. We want Sydney and Jimmy to focus only on their baby and not have to worry about the financial side of things. Right now they are at the hospital with him around the clock. They will need our help. They are a beautiful family and we are all completely devastated right now. If you are able to help it will be greatly appreciated.
