Our beloved April Harger — a mother, daughter, sister, and friend — is facing the fight of her life.

She was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, one of the most aggressive and difficult-to-treat forms of breast cancer. This devastating diagnosis turned her world upside down in an instant. Unlike other types of breast cancer, triple negative does not respond to hormone therapies, leaving limited and often extremely taxing treatment options.

April’s battle began with two surgeries and holistic treatments — a courageous effort that quickly drained her life savings. Now, with aggressive chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a long road of medical care ahead, the financial burden continues to grow.
