Rally for Amanda's Courageous Journey

This holiday season, we’re collecting donations for our dear colleague, leader, and friend, Amanda Deroche-Rancourt. We’re doing this to support her during her leave of absence for breast cancer treatment.

2024 has been a difficult year for Amanda and her family. Tragically, she lost three family members within months, most recently her beloved brother. I wouldn’t wish such hardship upon anyone. While she’s grieving the loss of her loved ones, she herself was diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite facing one of the hardest years of her life, Amanda has consistently shown up to work, home, motherhood, and friendships as her best self, every day. She’s had a profound impact on many of our lives and is one of the most remarkable people I’ve ever met. Amanda always goes above and beyond for us, and it’s our turn to show her the same support.

In December, her Mattress Firm Family will be raising money through sales donations at work and on the GoFundMe page to help alleviate some of the financial stress she’s facing.

All funds raised will go directly to Amanda and her family. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference. Please write a sale under her name and attach it to our internal spreadsheet or donate directly to the GoFundMe page.
