Hello, this is Dozer. Dozer had a rough start to life. He was discarded as trash in a box and thrown into a backyard in Oklahoma with his littermates when he was just a few weeks old. He was rescued by Lucky Mutts and transported to Wisconsin where my family was able to adopt him and give him a home. For those of you that know me, I have spent countless hours training him and working with him in all things AKC…..obedience, rally, scent work, FastCat, and Barn hunt. HE LOVES IT ALL! With much hard work, dedication and perseverance Dozer has climbed to the NUMBER 1 ALL AMERICAN dog in the nation for Rally Obedience! His competition came to a screeching halt a few weeks ago when Dozer injured himself in a trial. During his run he came up lame. After being seen by his vet and a specialty surgeon, the worst was confirmed that he tore both his ACL(CCL in a dog) and MCL and surgery was the only option for him to regain mobility and be able to continue competing in the events he so loves! The cost for surgery when all is said and done will be a little over $7,000!!! If you are Team Dozer, and are at all able to help offset some of this expense I would be forever grateful! If not, your prayers for a complete and total recovery would be coveted. Thank you in advance for your support! Ike
