Jaysen Young, a loyal brother, incredible son, and devoted boyfriend, was only 23 years old but had already built a life centered around hard work, loyalty, and the people he loved most. Anyone who knew Jaysen knew he was often the strongest person in the room, with a laugh that could fill it just as easily. He was the kind of young man who was always moving forward—working, learning, and building a future while never losing sight of the importance of family and friends.
On Tuesday, March 10, Jaysen was involved in a devastating car accident. Despite the incredible efforts of the medical team and the prayers of so many, Jaysen left us on Wednesday, March 11, surrounded by the love of his family, and friends.
Jaysen was working while pursuing dual licensing in both plumbing and HVAC, determined to build a strong career through dedication and honest work. Anyone who knew him saw his drive, his loyalty, and his willingness to help others.
Jaysen, devoted boyfriend to Miranda, loyal twin to Branden, and incredible son to Floyd and Debbie, loved cars, motorcycles, and spending time with the people who meant the most to him.
Family meant everything to Jaysen. His father Floyd lives with cerebral palsy, mother Debbie retired, his twin brother Branden is also working and attending school while pursuing the same dual licensing in plumbing and HVAC. Miranda is currently attending college and working toward becoming a lawyer.
The Young family has always been the kind of people who show up for others when it matters most. They have worked hard, supported their community, and stood beside friends and neighbors in difficult times.
Now the family is facing an unimaginable loss, and we are asking the community to come together and surround Floyd, Debbie, Branden, and Miranda with the love and support they need during this incredibly difficult time.
This fundraiser has been created to help ease the financial burden the family is facing, including funeral expenses and allowing them the time they need to grieve without additional stress.
If you are able to donate, it would mean the world to Jaysen’s family. Even if you are not able to contribute financially, sharing this page can help it reach others who may want to help.
Please keep the Young family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time. Your kindness, support, and compassion will help remind them that they are not facing this loss alone.
