Hi - my name is Kinsley Sachse, and I am a close friend of Chelsea and Will Swain. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of their family during an incredibly difficult time, so they can focus on being together and caring for their children without the added weight of financial stress.
Chelsea and Will Swain recently welcomed miracle twin babies into the world, a blessing they never expected. With two older children already, this season was filled with joy, gratitude, and hope as they prepared to grow their family once more.
During delivery, an extremely rare emergency complication occurred when baby Clyde shifted into a dangerous breech position at the last moment, requiring Chelsea to be rushed into an emergency C section.
As a result of the complications during birth, baby Clyde was deprived of oxygen and is now in the NICU on life support. The family has received devastating news that his brain has been severely affected, and they are now walking through unimaginable heartbreak as they cherish every moment they have with him.
At the same time, they are also welcoming and caring for his twin sister, holding both grief and gratitude in the same breath.
Chelsea is recovering from a traumatic delivery while carrying the unimaginable heartache of watching her son fight for his life. Through it all, Will has remained by her side, loving and supporting his family every step of the way.
As strong people of faith, Chelsea and Will are leaning on God’s strength and holding tightly to one another through every moment.
We are asking for support to help cover medical expenses, funeral expenses, lost income, meals, travel, and the many unexpected costs that come with a crisis like this.
Most importantly, we ask for prayers for baby Clyde, his twin sister, Chelsea, Will, and their children as they navigate the days ahead.
Even in heartbreak, we trust that God is near to the brokenhearted and close to those who are crushed in spirit.
Any donation, prayer, or share means more than words can express.
Thank you for surrounding the Swain family with love.
