My friend Raj Sekhar N suffered a severe brain stroke on 14th November 2025 caused by blood clots in the brain. He was immediately hospitalized and underwent a critical life-saving surgery on 17th November 2025.

During the surgery, doctors had to temporarily remove a portion of his skull to reduce pressure on the brain and prevent further damage.

At that time itself, doctors informed the family that a second planned surgery would be required once his condition stabilized, to reconstruct the skull and complete the treatment process.

After the first surgery, he spent over a month in rehabilitation and was later discharged. Since then, he has been recovering at home with daily physiotherapy, continuous medication and regular medical supervision.

Raj Sekhar is the only earning member of his family. He has a young daughter, and his wife is a homemaker. He has been unable to work since the stroke, and the family has no stable income.

The expenses for the first surgery were managed with the help of friends and relatives. However, the upcoming second along with ongoing treatment and rehabilitation, is financially overwhelming for the family.

This fundraiser is not only for medical treatment, it is also to help his family survive during this extremely difficult period.
