BRON NEEDS YOUR PRAYER!! Raising With Love

Isaiah 59:19, “When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will raise up a barrier.”

Hi Everyone - Natalie and I are urgently raising funds for Bron, Glenn and Josh - our family in South Africa.

Why?
Well where do we even begin?

This family has been through it all and back again - several times :-(

Together Bron, Glenn and Josh have fought many fights - but this last week has gone too far: Bron, Glenn and Josh are in need of our prayers, love and support.

Those of your who know Bron, Glenn and Josh know the challenges they have faced and continue to face, but for those who don't allow me to attempt to paint a picture.

Bronwyn has battled with her health since a child with portal hyper tension which has required surgeries and interventions through out her life commencing at the age of 6 months. Bron has had a tough battle throughout her life.

Bron and Glenn married in 2002 and were blessed with their son Josh. Josh was born a Micro-prem at the weight of 450 grams. Josh is a thriving 20 year old young man who requires on going assistance and support - which in South Africa is self funded so a significant overhead.

If anyone knows Josh, Josh is an Angel sent from heaven to help us be better people. His smile will warm your heart to no end and his hugs are are so heartfelt.

On Sunday the 15th of June - Bron was hit with a Tsunami and she is in desperate need of your help (more about what happened below). Just 2 weeks prior to this Glenn and his business were blind sided with events which were never anticipated.

The current status is that their income has dried up over night!
And their expenses are exploding - WHY? ..... back to the Tsunami which swallowed Bron on the 15th of June.

Bron's mom (Liz) was ill with dementia and COPD - on the afternoon of the 15th of June Liz's health took a drastic turn and as such, Bron went and sat at her mothers bed side and consoled Liz as she passed away and took her last breathe in Bron's arms.

Paramedics were present as Liz passed away and Bronwyn mentioned to the Paramedics that she was feeling nauseous and light headed. The paramedics examined Bronwyn and rushed her to ICU!!

Bronwyn was diagnosed with catching an undiagnosed bacteria which is medically referred to as a "Gram Negative Bug". This bacteria is attacking Bronwyn. Bron was placed in an induced coma and on life support and multiple organ failure.

This is a long fight, a long recovery and the bills on all fronts are climbing !!
Bron, Glenn and Josh need your help and they need it now - PLEASE.

GoFundMe does not have a presence/service in South Africa - so we (Shaun the brother inlaw and Natalie the sister) are running the fund from Australia where we live and will transfer the funds to Bron & Glenn in South Africa.

Glenn is one of the hardest working and dedicated father and husband you will meet. He is proud and did not want us to launch this campaign and he says he wants to pay it back - I told Glenn we can do this later, but right now we need to keep the lights on.

Please reflect on their situation and consider how you can support Bron, Glenn & Josh - any assistance will help and is greatly appreciated.

To all the many many friends and family in South Africa - please do not let the international transfer fee for GoFundMe stop you from supporting Bron, Glenn and Josh. If you do need a local bank account please find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/shaun.cochrane.847008
