Joel Windle is in Germany with his family for specialist cancer treatments
Joel is in late stage melanoma and with many tumours in both body and brain, and there are no more treatments available in Australia. We know first hand two people in late stage cancer who have been to this clinic in Germany that have been in remission for 10 years. It’s under the Professor of Oncology called Dr. Herzog. Joel is there for one month of treatments. The one month stay is $36,000 and further treatments could cost another $20,000 plus the cost of getting them there.
