Raising Support for Jessie
Donation protected
On September 10, Jessie was attacked by her family dog while she was home alone with him. We got her to the emergency room in Altamonte and she was later transferred to Orlando. She spent three days there, undergoing surgery on her hand, and had a plastic surgeon working on the gashes on her head and face.
She has been home with us ever since recovering both physically and emotionally. Because of the severity of the bite on her hand, she has been unable to work the last two months. However, she will be going back to work part-time as a massage therapist very soon.
To help alleviate the financial burden this incident has caused, we are creating this GoFundMe to support her recovery. Funds will help pay her medical bills and supplement her income until she is able to go back to work full-time.
We appreciate the love and support you all have shown her in the last two months. The thoughts and prayers of everyone who loves her have done more for her healing than you could ever know. She is surrounded by a pretty powerful tribe!
