Raising money to support cricket in local primary schools
Dulwich Cranbrook and Sissinghurst Cricket Club (SCC) are raising money in memory of Jack Ryan.
As a Gap student at Dulwich Cranbrook, Mr J, for many was a favourite teacher and friend. Jack approached all activities with enthusiasm and humour, and became a much loved and talented member of SCC.
On 28 September there will be a cricket match to celebrate his life, held at the SCC, followed by a charity walk to Dulwich Cranbrook.
Mr J had a passion and love for cricket, and his greatest enjoyment at Dulwich was passing on cricket knowledge and developing skills of all ages.
A fitting legacy would be to enable more children to enjoy cricket. The money raised from the event will allow new cricket equipment to be purchased and distributed to local primary schools. We appreciate all your support and look forward to seeing many of you on 28 September.
