Hi! My name is Stacey, and I want to thank you for even taking the time to look and read this.

My husband and I didn't want to resort to doing a go fund me page. However, this situation has hit us hard and fast.

To give you a bit of a background, we have 4 dogs. All of them perfectly healthy and each one has so much life and personality. All 4 are rescues through some method or another and both my husband and I aim to give them the best life that we possibly give them.

In May of 2016, we adopted Kipper. She is a black and tan coonhound. We adopted her for a number of reasons. After talking with the clinic, they said that she more than likely wouldn't have been adopted because of her behavioral issues. We opted to bring her into our family.

Prior to us, she has had a rough life. Bouncing from one place to the next, and - we believe - at some point was abused.

Since then, we've made sure she has had a life that would make her forget her past.

A couple of months ago, she started having some health issues. Small, but noticeable though. We brought her to the vet a number of times to try and determine the root cause with no luck. January 21, things escalated quickly.

She's had a number of things internally happen to her, and through many tests - we have discovered that she has a nasal tumor.

Treating this is possible and could bring her quality of life back up. However, the treatment for this tumor is radiation and that process is very expensive.

We are asking for help with this as a last resort because the doctors are requesting payment within the next month. The treatment process would last right around a month and they are positive that they'll be able to start treating her as soon as next week.

We cannot live with ourselves knowing that we could do something to help her out, but financially couldn't afford to do so. We both work 2 jobs each right now and will continue to do so.
